- 2 cups vegetables (for roasting: leek, mushrooms, grape tomatoes)
- 3 cloves garlic (chopped)

- parsley

- thyme
- sea salt
- ground pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup gluten (free cornbread crumbs)
- rosemary (Fresh chopped, to taste)
- 6 asparagus spears (trimmed fresh, for the top)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. brown rice flour
- 1 1/2 cups non dairy milk
- 3 Tbsp. white wine (optional)
- 1 tsp. mustard (prepared GF)
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- garlic
- minced onion (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. millet flour (sorghum flour, or rice flour)
