    Very sweet vanilla pancakes...tasted like cake! Did not fluff up or cook evenly like other vegan recipes I’ve made.

    I followed the recipe exactly except I used a cast iron griddle instead of a nonstick pan. The pancakes were flat and rubbery and never browned.

    Peerfect😍 i added some coconut flakes in the mixture (i used coconut milk) and made a yummy combination

    I think the flour needed to be sifted because it ended up seeming like a tiny bit too much. Made decent waffles, though! I'll try again after sifting and see!
