Added a bit more sugar, and used coconut milk instead, turned great. It wasn’t enough for me and my dad tho.

I killed my own flour, so they pancakes didn’t look pretty but oh are they delicious

Very light and fluffy. I cut the coconut oil in half, but made the recipe as listed. Very good, I would make them again.
