- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- navel orange (zest of a)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (I use Califia Farms; You can use your favorite plant-based milk)
- 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup juice (an orange)
- 4 Tbsp. vegan butter (melted, I use Earth's Balance)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup cranberries (frozen or fresh, See Notes!)
- 3 cups powdered sugar (organic)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. almond milk (I use Califia Farms; You can use your favorite plant-based milk)
