- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 150 grams tempeh (chopped into chunks)
- 200 grams carrots (roughly 2 carrots - chopped into small cubes, about 1cm)
- 250 grams green beans (chopped into small 1cm chunks)
- 1 red pepper (chopped into small 1cm cubes)
- 1 onion (chopped into small 0.5cm pieces)
- 4 cloves garlic (peeled and crushed)
- 370 grams rice (dry weight - cooked the day before and kept in the fridge overnight)
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. kecap manis
- 1 tsp. chilli paste (or Indonesian sambal is even better, if you have it)
- spring onions (Finely sliced)
- cucumber (slices)
- tomato slices
- prawn crackers
- rice crackers
- sesame seeds
- sambal (or chilli sauce)
