This one was perfect as far as consistency and flavor. It did need salt, so I added some to flavor. I also added roasted hatch chilies. Tastes exactly like spicy nacho cheese that goes so well with hot pretzels. We also made mac and cheese, nachos, burritos. All delicious

8 tbsp of nooch and 1/3 cup lemon juice felt really excessive, especially compared to other vegan cheese recipes. it just tasted like the nooch, I'm adding more of everything else in hopes of balancing it out.
