Super yum but why does the pic have red pepper flakes? Not in the ingredients whatsoever and I missed the pop of red I used one cup of vegetable broth that I made with frozen veggie scraps and 1/2 cup of white wine and WHY am I struggling with Flour added in toward the end with sour cream? It took a lot longer to whisk out flour lumps and cook down but still a great flavor
