It was a good sauce for our dinner, everyone liked it. I say sauce because it didn’t have any of the texture of a traditional gravy. I did add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to it to give the flavour more depth, otherwise I could really taste the tomato paste. Overall, very good!
