Nice! Requires loooots of mushrooms though 😊 need some protein on the side and carbs.

I only read the main Yummly page and bought regular tomatoes instead of canned. It still turned out okay. Makes an excellent pasta sauce.

it was great, you can even add a bit of chili to give it an extra bang.
Easy to make and enough for 4 people!

Very yum. Added more spices, both fresh and dried, like oregano, basil, mixed spices, garlic etc. served with mashed potato and a salad on the side, would definitely make again.

Good flavor, easy and quick to make! I did add a little to make the sauce thicker! Definitely something I would put over noodles!I would make again!

I didn’t love it, it’s missing something. I also used some wine with the broth because I didn’t have enough broth. Maybe that made a big difference? Not sure.

Very tasty, used half the amount of mushrooms though. Served with mashed potatoes. Highly recommend.

Followed it to the t and didn’t love it? Felt like the paprika overwhelmed everything, needs more other spices

I used this recipe as a foundation and I "jazzed" it up with my own spices. Everyone loved it!

The best! I used Ethiopian berbere instead of Paprika. i tried with Couscous, it was delicious!

We added berbere, thanks to a recommendation in the comments, and added a cup of rice when we added the vegetable stock to make the meal a little more filling. So good!

This was delicious! With canned diced tomatoes I used less broth and added 2 bay leaves. Served over rice.

Turned out great! I too used fresh garlic as many suggested. I made a few mods...I added 2 roasted red peppers, instead of 2 tbsp of paprika I used 1, and 1 tbsp of berbere spice for a little heat. Also used a variety of mushrooms, portobello, cremini and shiitake.

This turned out so yummy! I added black beans and served over cauliflower rice and we loved it. Will definitely make again!

lovely winter meal. i used 2 bay leaves due to not having thyme and it's lovely. strong in paprika flavor but i enjoy the taste. will keep making this in the future. served it over polenta.

This was fantastic! I added oregano like another person suggested, and made it vegetarian instead by using butter because I was out of oil.
