Was a good base but I had to add lots of my own spice to make it a delicious meal. I highly suggest it either cauliflower rice.

I love paprika so this was right up my alley. It was absolutely delicious! I had no problem with it being watery, as some reviews said, because I took my time and let it simmer and thicken. I made some eggless noodles and stirred those into the goulash at the end. Will definitely be making again - it was soooo good.

Scaled back the paprika, added pepper, munched garlic, and chipotle powder. Could probably add some tomato sauce and use this on a pasta.

Really delicious and smelled amazing. I only used 1 1/2 cups of vegetable broth and I used a thickening agent it was just too watery.

Tastes very good but agree with the last poster that it needs a thickening agent of some type. I wanted to put this over pasta and it was a bit too much liquid. I actually added a half jar of tomato sauce which helped but next time I think I will add arrowroot powder possibly so it thickens up. Good recipe!

Very tasty. I think the only thing that might have made it better would have been a thickening agent like flour or corn starch. We had it with mashed potatoes.

Loved it! Really great recipe. I do not like tomatoes so I left those out. Instead, I added a half cup of tomato juice. Consider adding cubed steak for extra flavor!

Not that special. I usually enjoy mushrooms, but this recipe didn't impress. They're much better only cooked till their water evaporates and 5 more minutes in the oil and served with garlic sauce.

It was ok but i think something was missing on spices. I just couldn't find out what to add to make it more flavorful.
