Ingredients

- 5 Tbsp. potato flakes (instant mash, many brands are vegan but others are not, find one available in your supermarket)
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca flour
- 1 Tbsp. cornflour
- 2 tsp. agar (powder)
- salt (add more to taste as you create the paste)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut yogurt (plain, can be replaced with soy yogurt)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. vegan butter (I used Olivani, can be replaced with soy cream)
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. aquafaba (I freeze mine in ice cube trays - labelled so I used two cubes)
- 1/2 unsweetened soy milk
- cream
