- 2 cups short grain sushi rice (washed, drained and cooked in a rice cooker. It's about 1 parts rice to 1.2 parts water, since you want the rice to be a little sticky.)
- 2 Tbsp. dulse flakes
- 1 Tbsp. white sesame seeds (toasted)
- 1 bowl water (for your hands to handle the rice)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. miso paste
- 1 sheet nori (roasted, cut into 8 strips)
