- 1/2 cup non dairy milk (I used "light" canned coconut milk because it's creamy)
- 5 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder (25 g)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut sugar (32 g)
- 1/2 Tbsp. canela (strong, I use Saigon)
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne (use to taste or omit if you don't want spicy, a little goes a long way)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. alcohol (Pure Liquid, Free NuStevia)
- 3 tsp. sugar
