I haven’t tried this recipe yet, but I will.
☝️Tip: If you are using dry chick peas, soak them overnight with a teaspoon of baking powder in the water. It will help to soften them significantly.

We were extremely happy with this recipe and how well it turned out. Mine were a touch dry but I attribute that to not using canned chickpeas but dried, soaked & cooked of course. For some reason they are always almost crunchy but i don’t think it impacted the flavor. Will try canned next batch for comparison. We have already discussed the possibility of some medallions, burgers and I personally want to try to make a vegan beef stroganoff using this mix. My experience with the Gluten flour up till now has been dismal. So I’m really happy to have a win finally. Thanks Lovingitvegan
