  • cheese sauce
  • 1 package tofu (I have used silken and firm, and I preferred the texture with silken tofu, as the firm tofu made it extra thick - just depends what consistency you want!)
  • 1 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (you could also use water for a bit thinner texture.)
