- 5 button mushrooms (minced)
- 1/4 red pepper (minced)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. tamari (or bragg's)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire (vegan)
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- prawns (Package of vegan, chopped into chunks, I used Sophie's Kitchen brand)
- 4 sausages (vegan, chopped into chunks, see recipe above or use Field Roast)
- 4 red potatoes (medium sized, chopped)
- 4 ears sweet corn (quartered)
- 1 red onion (chopped)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp. thyme
- 1 Tbsp. sage
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. onion (powder)
- 1 Tbsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- lasagna (Foil, pan)
- water (to fill)
