- 2 tsp. nutritional yeast (optional)
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. active yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce (or as needed)
- basil leaves (Freshly torn)
- 2 tsp. olive oil (to drizzle)
- 1 garlic clove (finely minced)
- 1/2 hot water (an hour in)
- extra virgin olive oil (is added for a smooth texture)
- 1 garlic clove (small, or a blend of teaspoon garlic powder along with onion powder lends the cheese more flavor)
