- 3/4 cup coconut cream (from a tin of coconut cream or milk, the thick creamy part, NOT the coconut water*)
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (40mL)

- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric (for colour)
