- 2 italian sausages (Vegan ", cut into cubes, read labels to make sure it fits with allergy requirements)
- 1 lb. extra firm tofu
- 1 lemon
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 4 Tbsp. sun dried tomatoes (soaked in warm water, drained & chopped, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
