Easy, freezer friendly, and super customizable. I usually sub ricotta for the vegan alternative out of convenience but I love both versions. It can leave you hungry sometimes, so I reccomend adding lots of diced zucchini, spinach, and mushrooms to keep you satisfied.

Will add this to our monthly meal plan but find another vegetable to replace mushrooms Fam doesn’t like mushrooms
