- 700 mL vegetable stock (you can top with more water if it’s not enough)
- 400 grams baby potatoes (diced)
- 200 grams frozen green peas (thawed)
- 1 carrots (diced)
- 100 grams vermicelli (toasted, can be found in Middle Eastern grocery stores)
- 100 grams blanched almonds
- 30 grams yellow raisins
- 30 grams dried cranberries
- salt
- pepper
- oil (for cooking)
- 1 cinnamon sticks (–2 small, or ½ tsp ground cinnamon)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. coriander seeds
- 1 tsp. whole allspice
- 1 tsp. whole black peppercorns
- 1/2 tsp. cardamom seeds
- 1 tsp. flaky salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. yellow curry powder (medium heat)
