This was my first time using chickpea flour to make omelette. I used dry herbs especially made for Kuku and was great. I added black salt (I saw this in another recipe) and a little turmeric for color as well as pepper and I think they were very nice additions. It took much longer than 2 minutes to cook though. I don’t think the inside was fully cooked even after 5 minutes on each side. — Tried again a couple months later. Needs more seasonings.
