- 2 Tbsp. rum (or sherry, dark alcohol)
- 1 cup red lentils
- 1 cup quinoa
- 15 oz. coconut cream (1/2 can)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke

If its a jamaican pattie there is no way that it is vegan. Recipe is great but the name carries a certain expectation that the product lacks.
