Sooo good! Adding the crushed chickpeas really gives a convincing texture! This is going to be a staple in my kitchen. However, next time I'll put only 3 tablespoons of nut. yeast instead of 4 and 1/3-1/4 of poultry seasoning instead of 1/2 teaspoon. Just a personal preference!
