- 12 oz. Impossible Burger (package of, “Meat”, or your choice of plant based ground)
- 1 tsp. herb seasoning (Italian Dried, can sub with a small handful of fresh herbs like oregano and parsley, roughly chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce (or Vegan Worcestershire Sauce)
- 1/4 cup panko
- olive oil (A good drizzle of)
- 2 medium carrots (sliced)
- 2 stalks celery (sliced)
- 1 medium yellow onion (diced)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 pinch red chili flakes (optional)
- 8 cups low sodium vegetable broth (can sub some water out with this)
- 1/2 cup pasta (Acini Di Pepe, can sub with a small pasta like Orzo or Ditalini)
- 1 tsp. herb seasoning (Italian Dried, can sub with a small handful of fresh herbs like oregano and parsley, roughly chopped)
- 2 cups escarole (roughly chopped/can sub with Kale or Spinach)
