It was way more than 4 servings 8 is more accurate. It takes way more than 30 minutes. Chop cook sauce for 30+ Chop saute onions till transcluscent then cook to dry tofu, 15-20 minutes, assemble Then 30 minutes baked covered then 10 minutes more uncovered.2 hours total.
I added 1 C. chopped fresh chard leaves and 1/3 C nutritional yeast and substituted salsa on hand for peppers.
My family loves it....good thing because we have plenty of leftovers.Very easy to freeze in portions. Thanks!
