Very good and just what I needed after thanksgiving decadence. Feels like it has healing powers.

I cut this recipe in half since I live alone, but I kind of wish I hadn’t. It’s perfectly warming and flavorful and the bok choy was a great addition. Next time I’ll make the full recipe so I’ll have lots of leftovers
