Delicious, rich taste. I substituted 2 teaspoons curry powder instead of turmeric and cayenne, still adding a little chili powder as recommended.Loved how the mushrooms added texture and flavor. I do not like onions but did use garlic. I cooked mine 45” and peas were just right, not mushy.

Made this dish for dinner last night. It was great. Very flavorful. The family liked it.
