- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (plain)
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves (peeled)
- 1 tsp. sea salt (I recommend using a full teaspoon if you are not going to salt your pasta!)
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1 pinch nutmeg (optional)

It was great if you want it a little thicker consistency I just put it in the microwave for about 30 instead of adding more yeast
