Wicked good! Made as written with the addition of a shredded carrot added at the end with the kraut, tofu, and noodles. Also decided to make up a mini version of the tofu marinade with 1 T soy sauce, 1 t vinegar, & 1 t maple syrup to add at the end to make it a little saucy...might even up it next time.
