- 4 cups vegetable broth (I used 2 vegetable bouillon plus 4 cups water)
- 14 oz. diced tomatoes

- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes (dried)
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 sausages (vegan, cut diagonally)

Fantastic! No okra near where I live, not frozen or canned, so used frozen lima beans. Next time will add a bit of file powder.
Used the curls tonight as an appetizer out of the oven with a variety of dips.....
