- 1/2 yellow onion (medium)
- 1 tsp. dried thyme

- 3 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or cashew milk, or creamer)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (for green beans)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 cup french fried onions

Nice recipe exactly as it is. I used it additionally to some farfalle pasta.
