Absolutely the best gravy I have ever made and will compliment my chestnut and mushroom Wellington really well this Christmas! So easy to do, it may look like quite a few ingredients but trust me, it's fantastic!!!! The porchini mushrooms might seem a bit of an expensive ingredient for gravy but they are so worth the expense!!
