- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch (or potato starch)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. almond flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. canela
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. citric acid powder
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (or fine, 1 tbsp more for sweeter)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vinegar (white or apple cider)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 cup sugar (I use a combination of coconut sugar and cane or powdered)
- 1 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 2 tsp. oil
