- 1/4 cup tapioca starch (/flour, this is the ONLY starch that works, do not sub)
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (room temperature, or slightly warm)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. warm water
- 1/4 cup coconut butter (warmed and melted liquid)
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (dairy-free, I used Enjoy Life brand)
- 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (mini semi-sweet)
- 4 Tbsp. coconut milk (canned “lite”)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
- 1 bar dark chocolate
