- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. organic cane sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. psyllium husk
- 2 tsp. xanthan gum
- 3/4 cup unsweetened nondairy milk (I used almond)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. warm water (add as needed to make dough lightly tacky)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut cream (softened, + a little more for greasing if desired)
- corn grits (around 1/3 cup, optional)
