- 3/4 cup almond flour (not almond meal // I like Wellbee’s brand)
- 2 Tbsp. cane sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 4 Tbsp. vegan butter (cold)
- 3 Tbsp. vegan butter (melted)
- 2/3 cup brown sugar (organic, light or dark)
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- cream cheese frosting (Vegan)
- powdered sugar glaze (Simple, see notes)
