- 2 cups untoasted nuts (such as walnuts and pecans)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cans coconut milk (13.5 ounces per can, refrigerated for 4-6 hours)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar (for coconut cream, plus more as needed)

So delicious, made if for two outings this weekend and everyone LOVED it I do believe one could cut down on how much sugar is on the fruit and still be delicious.
Day one blueberries and mango
