Just made this and it came out so good! I added cinnamon and vanilla extract too! Delicious recipe!

Instead of creamer, I used unsweetened almond milk with 1 tbsp flax added to it. I used chickpea flour.

The flavor is delicious. I used fresh bread and found it too soggy, so I toasted the bread and it turned out nice and crispy. Adding cinnamon is another delicious twist.

I used a mixture of coconut flour and oat flour the flavor was good but it stuck to the pan. I might try turning down the heat next time
