This was delicious! Although I did use low sodium soy sauce, I found the soup just a little too salty next time I may omit the salt altogether Other than that, perfection! The nut cheese was also delicious 😋

Delicious, I didn't have the balsamic nor did I make the cheese and it still tastes great. Hubby liked it to. It did take a longgggg time but nowI know how to caramelized onion
