  • all-purpose flour (/ rice flour for GF version, for aquafaba version only)
  • 100 grams panko breadcrumbs (or GF breadcrumbs if required)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • oil (for shallow frying, I used rice bran oil)

  • 1 gherkin pickles (small, very finely diced)
  • 1 shallots (small, very finely diced or grated)
  • 1 tablespoon capers (very finely diced)
