- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. fine grain sea salt (or to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (or other oil)
- 1 red pepper (small, thinly sliced)
- 1 orange pepper (small, thinly sliced)
- 1 red onion (small, thinly sliced)
- 6 tortillas (small soft, or try lettuce cups)
- avocado (slices)
- cashew (or Macadamia Cream)
