Family loved it. I did add some seasoned breadcrumbs as a topping for a bit more texture.
Next time I may under cook the veggies so they have a bit more texture also. Flavor is outstanding

Really good! I suggests doubling the mushroom red sauce, I didn’t have enough at the end

This is delicious. Even better on the second day! I felt like I could have doubled up on the tomato sauce perhaps. I ended up adding a bit extra. Yum.

Really liked it, but I changed a bit of the recipe. But the mushroom sauce was realllllllly yummy.

Grrreat. Left out the raisins and it was fantastic. In my opinion you could double up on the ingredients if you want a large portion.

Very good and healthy tasting. fresh the spices were very nice. This recipe is a keeper.
