- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 4 cups cabbage (shedded, combine 1 cup purple/ 3 cups green if you like)
- 1 cup broccoli pieces
- 2 Tbsp. liquid aminos (Bragg's, or soy sauce)
- 2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
