- 2 hearts of palm (x, 800 ml cans, drained and hand pulled into shreds)
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce (or tamari)
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder (granulated)
- 1 tsp. chili flakes
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. sea salt
