- 2 stalks celery (– diced)
- 1 white onion (– chopped)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (or red, – seeded and diced, for more color use ½ of a red and ½ of a yellow pepper)
- 3 cups okra (frozen sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 15 oz. red beans (– drained and rinsed well)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. dried thyme (crushed)
- 1 tsp. dried oregano (crushed)
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (start with ¼ and add more if desired)
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt

Great taste felt fairly fresh will definitely be making this again!! (Also used peanut oil and made my rice ahead of time)

It was super easy to make ! Loved all of the smells of the spices and veggies cooking and filling my kitchen! I added more Gaelic and instead of cayenne I used chilli powder and it was quite tasty!
