- 16 oz. super firm tofu (block, the kind that is vacuum sealed in little water)
- 1 cup vital wheat gluten
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp. flavored oil (neutral, you can replace with water if you are oil free)
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca starch (or corn starch)
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. chicken (Better Than Bouillon)
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. salt (optional if you feel like the bouillon is not salty enough)
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 3 slices stale bread (I used sour dough)
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds (or any chopped nut your prefer.)
- 1 small yellow onion (finely diced)
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 tsp. chicken (Better Than Bouillon)
- 2 tsp. dried sage
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. dried thyme
- 2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 2 Tbsp. white wine (or water if you don’t want to use wine)
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 tsp. Herbs de Provence (or you can use a mix of rosemary, thyme and some sage.)
- 1 tsp. vegetable (Better than Bouillon)
- 3 sheets rice paper
