- 1 cup almond milk (PLUS 2 Tbl White or Apple Cider Vinegar, let sit for 5 minutes)
- 15 oz. pumpkin puree
- pumpkin pie filling
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 2 Tbsp. vegan sour cream (or Canned Coconut Milk)
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup (OR Brown Rice Syrup)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- powdered sugar (for garnishing, optional)
- almond milk ice cream (Vanilla, for serving)
