- 1/2 cup water (raw whole cashews: soak a few hours in, or quick soak in boiling water for 30 minutes.)
- 14 oz. full fat coconut milk (can unsweetened, well-stirred, do not use light)
- 1/4 cup organic granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (Grade B or dark amber or agave syrup)
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. tapioca starch (or organic cornstarch)
- 1 banana (medium-size, good and ripe)
- 3.5 oz. dark chocolate (any percentage, chopped into chunks)
