It was easy and they were good cookies. I used half brown sugar and half white sugar.

Pretty good recipe! I used coconut oil instead of vegan butter and also made the recipe again with half oats half flour, 1/3 cup dark chocolate chunks, 1/3 cup of dried cranberries, and 1/3 cup of slivered almonds which was also delicious.

It's nice and chewy! I used white sugar instead of brown sugar but it still turned out great :) Very simple and easy.

I’ve been looking for a simple soft vegan cookie for so long and this is it! No crazy weird flours or ingredients, the recipe makes a ton of dough, and the recipe is clear and concise.
