My 14yo daughter became vegan two weeks ago. My sister is visiting for her birthday, and I wanted to make a cake which everyone could eat I must admit, I assumed that anything “traditional” cooked vegan wouldn’t taste right I was wrong! This icing is just as delicious as non-vegan. Thanks from this mom-of-four for posting a recipe that enables us all to celebrate together!
